13mm flat wafer stoppers are routinely used when packaging solids (pellets) that may get trapped in the divet of a typical 13mm stopper. 

Manufactured using chlorobutyl rubber that meets USP Class 6. 

Sold as a lot labeled bag of 1,000 pieces.
