Customer (YOU) must wash and sterilize as required by industry standards depending upon the customer's end use.

The center of the stopper (where a hypodermic needle would pass through) is thicker than stoppers designed for powder applications. These stoppers resist rupturing during the autoclave process if crimped into a vial before sterilization.

This stopper style can work on both blowback and non-blowback vials, but is more suitable for NON-blowback vials.
